We hope that you’ll gain the same insight we’ve picked up on to take back to your business with you. A special thanks to Cory Niblett (Product Manager) and Chris Barr (Development) in gathering and writing much of the content below.

Since we primarily cater to business, and most businesses use Windows computers our Customer Portal usage statistics reflect that with nearly 80% of the visits to the Customer Portal being from a Windows computer. Not to be ignored though, the next most used operating system is a mobile OS. This proves the trend that mobile continues to become more of a front runner for the Customer Portal.
Breakdown by Windows Operating System:
Slowly but surely we see Windows XP fade in the distance, but not fast enough! It’s still lingering there in the top 3 operating systems interacting with the Customer Portal. If you need more information regarding XP you might find this site a good starting place, Support For Windows XP Has Ended.
